- mustered in for 1 year September 18, 1864.
- Assigned to duty in Illinois.
- Guarding drafted men at Camp Butler.
- Cos. "B" and "C" at Brighton,
- Cos. "D" and "E" at Quincy, and
- Co. "F" at Jacksonville.
- Mustered out July 6, 1865.
